Board of Trustees

Tracey Nguyen serves as chair of the Fremont County School District #2 Board of Trustees, a position she has held since December 2024. She is deeply committed to education, community engagement, and effective governance. Tracey and her husband are the proud parents of two students in the district.

Professionally, Tracey is a principal at Baker Tilly, where she leads the firm’s alternative real estate investments and sponsor advisory practices and serves as president of the firm's alternative investments subsidiary. She holds a B.S. in accounting and a B.A. in communications from Villanova University, as well as a JD/MBA from Villanova University School of Law. Her professional background in public accounting, law, and finance informs her strategic and collaborative approach to board leadership.

In addition to her service on the board of trustees, Tracey serves on several other local and national boards focused on education, conservation, and youth development. She is passionate about supporting students, empowering educators, and promoting academic excellence throughout the district.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jill Judd moved to Dubois, Wyoming, nearly 40 years ago. She instantly fell in love with "the west" and has made it her home since. Jill is an artist, a gardener, an outdoor recreationist, a business owner, and above all else, a mother to three wonderful children (all Dubois High School graduates!). She owns and operates her own business, Roca Jewelry Designs, which is located in a quaint work studio near her home along the Wind River. Jill is also an enthusiastic community volunteer, having served on many boards and committees throughout the years, including the Dubois Town Council, Dubois Ambulance Service, Dubois Medical Board, Chamber of Commerce, and the Dennison Lodge Board. Currently she serves as the board clerk of the Fremont County School District #2 Board of Education, vice president of the Boys and Girls Club of Dubois, and is a member of Dubois Volunteers, Inc. Jill has also been a substitute teacher and tutor in Dubois for more than a decade and is a committed child advocate. She is passionate about promoting academic excellence as well as providing meaningful support and services to children in Dubois. She hopes to impact positive growth for all students in the Dubois Schools during her term as a school board member.

Born and raised in Florida, Erica brings over 15 years of experience as a dedicated educator, serving both in the classroom and in school administration. Her passion for student growth and high-impact learning has guided her throughout her career. After relocating to Dubois, Wyoming a year ago with her family, Erica quickly became engaged in the local community. With two children currently attending Dubois K–12 School, she is deeply invested in the success of the students, teachers, and families of Fremont County School District #2. Erica is excited to contribute her educational leadership to the school board, prioritizing high standards of learning, strong family engagement, and a culture of lifelong learning that empowers every student to thrive.

Leah Vermeire brings a strong sense of community, dedication, and energy to her role on the board of trustees, where she has served since 2022. A passionate outdoor enthusiast, Leah enjoys fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and exploring the natural beauty of the region. When she’s not adventuring outdoors, she finds joy in cooking, gardening, and bowling.

Leah is deeply committed to giving back and volunteers her time with various community organizations. She also stays actively involved in her children’s activities and values quality time with her family.

Professionally, Leah is an insurance agent with Tegeler & Associates Insurance Agency, where she helps individuals and families protect what matters most. Her professional experience, combined with her community involvement and family-centered values, brings a well-rounded perspective to the board.
